Last updated: June 17, 2026
Torresburriel S.L.U. is committed to making Splitly accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities, in line with the spirit of EU Directive 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, and Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018.
1. Conformance status
This application aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Splitly is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard.
2. Scope
This statement applies to the Splitly web application available at this domain and to its public pages, including the landing page and the legal pages.
3. Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not yet fully accessible. We are working to address these limitations:
- Some interactive components based on third-party services (such as the maps integration) may have limited keyboard or screen reader support.
- Certain visual elements may not yet provide sufficient contrast in all states or under all colour preferences.
- Comprehensive accessibility testing with assistive technologies is in progress; the list of known issues will be updated as testing proceeds.
4. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on June 17, 2026. It is based on a self-evaluation carried out by the Torresburriel Estudio team. The statement will be reviewed periodically and whenever significant changes are made to the application.
5. Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Splitly. If you find barriers to access, need information in an alternative format, or wish to report a problem, please contact us at hello@torresburriel.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the competent supervisory authority for accessibility in your country. In Spain, complaints regarding digital accessibility may be addressed to the body designated under Royal Decree 1112/2018.
